| Electrical System Description |
555 Mission will be served by a 480/277 volt three-phase four-wire service. The main electrical room is located on the B1 level. Primary distribution is from this room via multiple risers.
Electrical service is provided by Pacific Gas and Electric.

Pumped domestic water to each restroom with adequate capacity for sewage. Tenant shall the opportunity to tap into the water and sewer riser on each floor for the tenant's use in the premises. |

AT&T and other service providers will provide telecommunication lines into the building's main telecommunications room. Conduit and riser pathways will be provided from the main room to a common closet on each floor for shared tenant access and use. |

| Building Security Description |
Daytime access to the office tower is monitored at the security station located in the ground floor lobby. The security station is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. After-hours access will be controlled by an access control system connected to card-key devices at entries.
The parking garage will be monitored by strategically located surveillance cameras. The garage is open during regular hours with after-hours access provided by card keys which open the gate.
All stairwell doors are locked on the inside of the stairwell with both lobby and street egress monitored by the security station. Video cameras provide comprehensive surveillance of the entries, main lobby, the loading dock, the bottom of both stairwells, the freight elevator, strategic plaza locations and outside the Mission Street entrance.
