A Welcoming Environment
Visitors will be greeted by an attractive public plaza that flows seamlessly into the lobby area. A “garden of light” will serve as backdrop for a dynamic sculpture by one of the world’s most respected architects. Together, the plaza and lobby will create an organic connection between outside social space and the interior environment.

Once inside, tenants will experience an abundance of light and stunning views from the variety of low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise office space available. Inviting terraces on select floors open up to spectacular views of the Bay Bridge and unobstructed views to the south.

A Stunning Design
The building's exceptional design is the result of a close collaboration between award-winning firms Kohn Pedersen Fox and Heller Manus Architects. The façade, made entirely of floor-to-ceiling glass panels accented with glass and metal fins, creates a textural layer that beautifully captures and reflects light. The design includes 3,400 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 33 elevated office floors totaling approximately 552,000 rentable square feet, two levels of below grade valet parking, highly efficient floor plates and the most current telecommunications capabilities.

In the Heart of the Mission Street Corridor
The building will be at the center of the rapidly expanding Mission Street corridor, which is within easy walking distance of the city's prominent restaurants, hotels and the Union Square shopping area. It is also adjacent to the Transbay Terminal, which serves as the hub to many of the areas transit lines.
